Through a synchronistic journey, life brought my wife Hadu and I to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico in the summer of 2023. Our initial venture into property management began with a dog-sitting for a friend turned mentor and looking over his property in Tanama & even helping with other properties of his on the island.This experience, supported by our background in marketing, laid the foundation for what would become Hadusa Property & Boat Care.
 

Our first few months on the island involved a seamless transition into the nuances of property maintenance and management, handling various properties & projects in locations including: Tanama, Utuado, and Lares. The hands-on experience with these Airbnb properties was invaluable, setting the stage for our expansion into managing and cleaning three properties and partnering with a leading boat chartering company on the island.
